Shadrian Construction began in 1994, built on a foundation of hard work and dedication to craftsmanship. At 24, our founder started a career in remodeling, advancing from laborer to project manager in just two years. This period fostered a deep understanding of the industry and a lasting commitment to the trade. After more than a decade working in all areas of construction and remodeling, a passion emerged for transforming underutilized spaces—finishing and remodeling basements and building decks to create functional, welcoming parts of the home.

In 2008, Loren and Carole Peterson established Shadrian Construction, turning years of experience into a family-owned business. Since then, the company has completed a wide range of projects with a focus on precision, reliability, and customer service. Shadrian Construction continues to approach each project with the same dedication that has defined the business from the start.
